Please note that the copying of any of my patterns is strictly forbidden and is a
criminal offence, should you wish to sell the resulting outfits commercially please contact me before
doing so..

Payment Options
Payments can be made on-line using the PayPal “Shopping Trolley” using most credit cards. If you live in the
UK we can also accept cheque's and postal orders.
If you live outside the UK then payments will have to be made using PayPal.

Delivery Times
We try to ship all orders received before 12 am on that same day, orders received after 12 am
will be shipped the next day. (Unless goods ordered are out off stock)

Postage Costs
The cost of postage and handling is included in most of the prices shown on the web page but certain
minimum order quantities have to be adhered with. If you live in the UK orders will be sent by First Class  
post and it will be by Airmail for outside the UK. Insurance is not included but can be arranged at cost.

Refunds
If you are not pleased with the item or items that you have received, please return the goods in original
condition  and packaging within 14 days to me for a replacement or refund.
Please note that Patterns cannot be returned or refunded, should you have any problems please contact me.
We try to give a true and fair description of all items on this web page but cannot not guaranty exact
colours, sizes and other manufacturing discrepancies, we also reserve the right to increase prices without
prior notice.
