Payment Options
Payments can be made on-line using the PayPal “Shopping Trolley” and most credit cards.
If you live in the UK we will also accept cheque's and postal orders.
If you live outside the UK then payments can only be made using PayPal.

Delivery Times
We try to ship all orders received before 12 am on that same day, orders received after 12 am
will be shipped the next day. (Unless goods ordered are out off stock)

Postage Costs/ Shipping
Due to recent increases in postal charges we regret to have to now charge a basic shipping cost.
Please note that Insurance is not included in the shipping cost but can be arranged upon request.

Orders value up to  £   10.00      Shipping Cost £ 1.25
Orders value up to  £   20.00      Shipping Cost £ 1.65
Orders value up to  £   40.00      Shipping Cost £ 2.95
Orders value up to  £ 100.00      Shipping Cost £ 4.95
                 Over     £ 100.00      Shipping Cost £ 5.95  


Refunds
If you are not pleased with the item or items that you have received, please return the goods in original
condition  and packaging within 14 days to me for a replacement or refund.
Please note that Patterns cannot be returned or refunded, should you have any problems please contact me.
We try to give a true and fair description of all items on this web page but cannot not guarantee exact
colours, sizes and other manufacturing discrepancies, we also reserve the right to increase prices without
prior notice.
