Cut thread, leaving about a 12” tail, thread this tail into a tapestry needle and thread it back through the stitches,
then slip the stitches off the knitting needle and draw up and fasten off the tail.
With right side together, and using a tiny overcast stitch, sew up the underfoot seam and being careful to match
the heel turning, sew up the back seam. Turn to right side and gently shape the heel and toe (I use the blunt handle
end of a crochet hook to do this)
